A true HGH is a steroid which isn't good for you, the other ones that you can put under your tongue are a synthetic and I don't think they work. Most of the real ones have to be given by prescription, so I don't think you can get them over the counter ant way. Talk to a doctor they will be better qualified to advise you.

Um, none are legit. HGH (Human Growth Hormone) is only produced by the pituitary gland. Synthetic GH is only in injectable form and only available by prescription. Just the fact that they would call it "Human" says its a fraud…GH has not been derived from human cadavers in many years.

As far as my knowledge goes, HGH products prescribed by a qualified doctor only are useful, whether tablets or injections.
